Offering 20 years experience, Ms. Caster previously served as the Vice President for a management company located in the DMV area. Ms. Caster's responsibilities included running the day to day operations as well as overseeing the staff. She has also been a licensed real estate agent for the past 19 years.
Ms. Caster graduated from Hampton University with an Accounting degree and has worked at United Airlines and Coca-Cola. Her previous experience as an accountant gives her a sound understanding of accounting functions. Her current management experience along with her accounting background gives her the unique ability to manage your community as well as actively oversee all of your accounting needs.
After working for more than eight years for others she decided to start her own company. She put together a great group of individuals that have committed to working for her. These individuals fill out the staffing needs it will take to make the business a success.
