We are a full-service management company and pride ourselves on the personal and effective management of all our associations and properties. We specialize in working with homeowners that need help with financial and property management. Caster Management LLC has proven that dependability, honesty, and integrity are the essential ingredients for a successful, long-term relationship. Our continuing goal is to provide the best possible service at the most reasonable cost.

We have found that efficient and effective property management can only be accomplished through communication and teamwork. Through our planning, organizing, research, and sound business practices, the administrative, fiscal, and physical management of your property is accomplished. These almost invisible activities contribute greatly to the success and financial stability of your property.

Offering 20 years experience, Ms. Caster previously served as the Vice President for a management company located in the DMV area. Ms. Caster's responsibilities included running the day to day operations as well as overseeing the staff. She has also been a licensed real estate agent for the past 19 years.

Ms. Caster graduated from Hampton University with an Accounting degree and has worked at United Airlines and Coca-Cola. Her previous experience as an accountant gives her a sound understanding of accounting functions. Her current management experience along with her accounting background gives her the unique ability to manage your community as well as actively oversee all of your accounting needs.

After working for more than eight years for others she decided to start her own company. She put together a great group of individuals that have committed to working for her. These individuals fill out the staffing needs it will take to make the business a success.

Allison Horn » Director of Operations

Allison began her career with Caster Management LLC in October 2015 and quickly grew into her position as Operations Manager/HOA Property Manager. Not only does she have twenty-eight (28) years of customer service and office management experience, but she continues to grow and learn in her role.

Allison values relationships both inside and outside of the office and strives to build and maintain strong connections so there is comfort and trust.

Outside the office, Allison is a mother of two, enjoys DIY, reading, warm weather and the beach and is a big Washington Capitals fan. She also enjoys spending time with her family and you will even catch her helping her fiance repair cars in her downtime.

Angela Campbell » Residential Property Manager

Angela came to Caster Management in September 2019 bringing with her over 20 years of property management experience, bookkeeping and direct knowledge of tenant/landlord relationships. She knows first hand the challenges, risks and rewards in owning residential and multi-family properties. Angela enjoys working with people and facilitating the relationship with owners, tenants and vendors along with providing maintenance, leasing and administrative support. She strongly believes that successful property management is a partnership built on the foundation of honesty and regular communication.

Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis on mass media and focus on Intercultural & Interpersonal communications from Denison University where she began her career working for the Public Affairs Department for Special Olympics International headquartered in Washington, DC.

Angela loves the outdoors, sailing, biking, hiking, skiing, hunting and offshore fishing. She enjoys traveling, theatre productions and most of all spending time with her 3 young adult daughters.

Linh Vo » Accountant

Linh joined Caster Management in 2019 as our Property Accountant. She is responsible for all financial aspects of our Residential Properties and Homeowners Associations which includes, AR/AP, owners statements, and financial statement preparation.

Linh graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with an Associate degree in Financial Accounting. She also received her Bachelor Degree in Corporate Financing from the University of Economic in Vietnam. She enjoys working and handling tasks that require attention to details and spending time with her family.

Trexavier Gayles » Assistant HOA Property Manager

Trexavier "Tre`" Gayles joined the Caster Management team in Summer 2020 as the Assistant HOA Property Manager with a over a decade of experience in customer service, as well as, successful employee and business management. In previous employment roles she has demonstrated leadership, communication and negotiation skills. She is dedicated to providing superior customer service and exceeding expectations by responding to requests, inquiries, suggestions and/or concerns while also establishing strong organizational relationships.

Outside of work, Tre` enjoys painting, writing poetry and cooking. She is a Professional Makeup Artist and has even been listed in the credits for a film. She believes in doing everything to the best of her ability and with an attitude of excellence.

Jahan Caster » Property Manager

Jahan began his career as a Property Manager at Caster Management in July 2023. His previous experience includes two years as an Assistant Asset Manager for a Nonprofit. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Minor in Conflict and analysis Resolution Dispute from Salisbury University. Jahan oversees all of our residential properties and a few homeowners association communities.
